San Diego, 2019 – Present

  • Led product and design teams responsible for Axure RP (UX prototyping) and Axure Cloud (UX collaboration) products

  • Managed research, definition, design and launch of major release of core product (Axure RP 10) including switch to SaaS

  • Defined a new strategy for Axure Cloud and evolved the platform to better support users’ actual workflow

  • Built a 1,000 person User Council and leveraged it for quantitative and qualitative research & testing

  • Influenced shift in company strategy through industry analysis and user researchEnterprise – Led research for enterprise division and set strategic design direction of core product.

  • Enterprise – Led research for enterprise division and set strategic design direction of core product.

  • Innovation Group – Defined role of design & research within newly formed cross-division innovation team. Worked with product managers to explore, validate and test feasibility of new concepts and products including multiple 0 to 1 launches.

  • Consumer Group – Built in-house design team, successfully transitioning creative work from external agency for consumer product used by 1M+ paid subscribers. Researched and explored design of key new feature ideas.
